Born in Mexico City, based in Berlin. I’m an integrated designer with an industrial design background. I enjoy working in a wide spectrum of design areas and collaborating with other disciplines. Product, concept, service design, visual communication, museography and interior design are part of my portfolio. I've had the opportunity to work in projects for worldwide renowned brands and for isolated communities alike. This has given me the flexibility to approach projects for a great variety of contexts.
My main interest in design is to explore the merging of traditions with contemporaneity, the limits between digital and analog technologies, the relation between the materiality of objects and the deeper layers of meaning, culture and emotion that these objects convey.
Several of my projects have been showcased and recognized internationally by organizations such as Salone Satellite, The Trinity College in Dublin, Passagen, Braun Editorial, Bayer Material Science, amongst others. I appreciate this means of sharing ideas and project developments with other people: it's a wonderful way to get feedback, keep inspired and hopefully to inspire you.
Since 2017 I've been working together with Studio TheGreenEyl.
I am constantly looking for teams and networks with whom to exchange opinions, and ultimately develop joint projects while building a diverse community.
